The subsequent coloring of plastics avoids loss of time and material when changing colors. This increase in efficiency and the associated increase in the overall capacity of the systems more than compensates the additional costs of the separate dyeing process.
The decolorisation of plastics significantly increases the value of the recycled materials - both economically and ecologically. The overall balance, including the sales value of the recycled material, shows a clearly positive picture for both approaches with a short return on invest.
